Since all orders are custom made; all sales are final. Please order with this in mind. We will replace any defective pin or a garter that has defective lace , satin or ribbon, if you lose or gain weight and the garter does not fit properly you cannot ask for another one, you must contact us 3 days after the delivery of the garter, not months later. So we do not recommend that you order too soon.

All pins are checked before mailing; we are not responsible for lost pins or the pin clasp on the back. Please be sure to secure the pin carefully ABOVE the ribbons before wearing the garter, check the backing for the pin and make sure it is connected properly.

If there is a defect with your sports garter please notify our company 3 days after delivery so we may exchange the item quickly.
If the garter is defective you do not have to send it back. If the pin is not holding on garter most of the time it is not the pin but the back clasp of the garter, we will promptly send you another clasp ASAP.
