Leg size:

Since all of allsportswedding.com sports garters are custom made it is very important to measure your leg. Take a tape measure and go 3" above the knee,  this will be the size of garter you will need, we also make sure we put the garter together with the size to go by so it is not to tight or lose.  Please be sure to use the inch size of the tape measure and not the centimeters side. This is a common mistake that is made by the customer.   The average size of a garter is 27" , but we can make any size garter.  Be sure that if you plan on buying the garter early and lose weight this could affect the fit of the garter.  After you have this information you just add the leg size in inches to the customer text box when ordering. It is as simple as that.

Date needed or date of wedding:

This is more for our own personal records, but if your order for a rush order, this information is critical for the delivery of your product on time.  We must know if the licensed sports pin is in stock or we must e-mail or call you to have you give us a second choice. (we try to keep all pins in stock but sometimes there are backorders) or you may cancel your order.

Plus sizes:

Allsportswedding.com will never charge you any additional price for a full figure garter, no mater what the size.

Delivery & Shipping:

All orders take an average of 7 to 10 days to process.  All orders are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service)  with priority shipping or you can upgrade to rush service for an extra charge.  We do our best to ship rush orders but again this depends on our inventory and the time of the year when the wedding business is at it's busy season, this is January through Sept; November and December our the slow months, so faster service is given at this time without a problem.  For one day rush service we do have Fed Ex, this is at a higher cost for this service. USPS Does offer express shipping for less money but depending on the area of the US it could take up to 2 days!

Confidentiality:

Allsportswedding.com does ask for your phone number and e-mail so that we may contact you with any changes and also to tell you when your order has been shipped with tracking number included. This is an electronic application that takes place over the internet, the more information provide to our company, the faster the service and the less questions we will have to ask.
We NEVER give out any personal information to any company, including your address, e-mail, phone number or name to anyone EVER!  Information about our customers is important to us but we are not in the business of giving any information to others.   We only take this data to help improve our companies service, website experience and to provide a better product for our customers. We also would love feedback and your opinion as a previous or potential customer. Your input will provide better service for all of your wedding needs.


Holiday shipments:

We ship at holidays, but do not deliver at Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years night and New Years Day.


Wholesale orders:

Allsportsweddings.com does not do wholesale orders at this time.  It would be very hard to do with the way we customize the garters for our customers.
